Babysitters Training w/ Pediatric CPR

Service Description

The American Red Cross Babysitters Training course provides youth who are planning to babysit with the knowledge and skills necessary to safely and responsibly give care for children and infants. This training will help participants to develop leadership skills; learn how to develop a babysitting business keep themselves and others safe and help children behave; and learn about basic child care and basic first aid. The recommended age for this course is 11-15 years old. Students will be given a lunch break, but should plan to provide their own due to dietary restrictions.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds: 90% refund 10 or more days prior to course start date 50% refund 5-9 days in advance No refunds within 5 days of course without documentation Reschedule: no charge for first reschedule 10 days prior to course start. $25 charge to reschedule within 9 days of course. When there are unforeseen circumstances out of anyone’s control, if possible, classes will be rescheduled rather than cancelled. Class Policies Participants must arrive to class on time and attend all required class sessions If a class has pre-requisites and a participant is unsuccessful, a refund will not be issued. Transfer to another course offering is possible depending on availability. Participant agrees to cover cost for additional instruction if placed on candidate work plan (instructor level courses)
