Refunds
Refunds:

90% refund 10 or more days prior to course start date

50% refund 5-9 days in advance

No refunds within 5 days of course without documentation

Full refund or make up sessions will be issued due to any pool chemical or mechanical issues

When there are unforeseen circumstances out of anyone’s control, if possible, classes will be rescheduled rather than cancelled
Class Policies:

Participants must arrive to class on time and attend all required class sessions

If participants are more than 15 minutes tardy, the class will begin without them.

If a class has pre-requisites and a participant is unsuccessful, a 75% refund will be issued

Participant agrees to cover cost for additional instruction if placed on candidate work plan (instructor level courses)

After registering for the desired class, participants will be contacted within 48 hours to finalize course materials and scheduling.
