LIFEGUARD INSTRUCTOR/IT REVIEW COURSE Mike Daniel Recreation Center 1220 Lafayette Parkway LaGrange, GA 30241 November 18th SUN: 12:00 PM-7:30 PM (hours approximate based on class size) Additional Online Coursework: ~1 hours Full Course Cost: $200 Base Level Lifeguard renewal: + $95 This online and in-person course certifies participants to renew their instructor the American Red Cross Lifeguarding/IT certificate. PREREQUISITES Before attending class candidates must: 1. Possess a current basic-level certification in Lifeguarding Instructor Certificate 2. Be at least 17 years old on or before the final scheduled session of the course 3. Must successfully complete the online portion of the Lifeguarding Instructor Review course and receive completion status prior to the in-person skill session

Cancellation Policy

Refunds: 90% refund 10 or more days prior to course start date 50% refund 5-9 days in advance No refunds within 5 days of course without documentation Reschedule: no charge for first reschedule 10 days prior to course start. $25 charge to reschedule within 9 days of course. When there are unforeseen circumstances out of anyone’s control, if possible, classes will be rescheduled rather than cancelled. Class Policies Participants must arrive to class on time and attend all required class sessions If a class has pre-requisites and a participant is unsuccessful, a refund will not be issued. Transfer to another course offering is possible depending on availability. Participant agrees to cover cost for additional instruction if placed on candidate work plan (instructor level courses)
